most interesting people. Today's episode features Peter Frandano, a
veteran commercial real estate executive in Charlotte and Southport
and author of Endurance Real Estate. Frandano discusses his
experiences clawing through the 2008-10 real estate depression and
the current hot market. His book discusses "falling down, picking
yourself or someone else up and dusting yourself off and running to
our next peak."
Frandano owns River Sound, a real estate consultancy, and is a
broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA in Charlotte. He is a
former president of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors
and N.C. Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment
Managers.
