On today's episode, David Mildenberg speaks with Victor Jones Jr., a principal at Jenkins Peer Architects, which was named the North Carolina and Charlotte firm of the year by the American Institute of Architects in 2021. Jones discusses how the business has expanded over the years with a recent emphasis on public sector projects, while broadening its ownership group.Recent projects have included the University Recreation Center at UNC Charlotte and the renovation of the American Legion Memorial Stadium in the Queen City. Jones has a bachelor's from N.C. State and a master's degree in architecture from Columbia University.
